Vector Fleet Management is seeking a EVT Diesel/Fire Truck Mechanic to join our team in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area. If you have at least three years of proven EVT Diesel/Fire Truck Mechanic experience or have graduated from a Trade School for Mechanics, Vector Fleet Management wants to hear from you! CDL "A or B" is a real plus!

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
EVT Diesel/Fire Truck Mechanic should have a minimum of three years hands-on experience working on fire trucks and/or ambulances
EVT Certification a huge plus - or willingness to achieve certification after hire
Must have the ability to perform preventive and repair maintenance on diesel engines and emergency apparatus
EVT Diesel/Fire Truck Mechanic must own basic set of hand tools and wheeled toolbox suitable for daily use
Willingness and ability to advance technical training and certification in emergency vehicle repair
Complete set of hand tools and wheeled tool box suitable for daily use
Acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check
Trade School Certificates a plus
EVT Diesel/Fire Truck Mechanic with OEM training and/or ASE certifications are highly desirable
