Manufacturing Company on the Southeast side of town is looking to add a Mold Operator to the Team.

Primary Responsibilities include, but MAY NOT BE limited to:
Working experience in mold maintenance and production.
Knowledge on basic machines like Grinding machine, milling machine etc.
Attending mold breakdowns to identify the root cause and solve the problem.
Knowledge in injection mold assembly and disassembly.
Using precision measurement instruments such as micrometer, gauges, Vernier caliper and 2D instruments to check the tools dimension.
Monitoring the tools used on the manufacturing line to ensure efficient run rates and identify necessary repairs or possible improvement.
Plan, review and execute daily production schedule.
Maintain clean and safe environment following 5S requirements.
Maintain close working relationship with quality personnel and recommends adjustments in process and methods to accommodate inspection results.
Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
1-2 years of CNC experience preferred.
Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, lift 20 50 pounds

VIEW JOBS 12/7/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-07T00:00 Job Summary Under immediate supervision, is responsible for performing skilled work operating light to heavy equipment used to excavate, load, transfer, or move dirt, gravel, or other material in the maintenance or construction of parks, streets, and other public properties. May exercise functional supervision over assigned staff. WORK LOCATION: This position may be assigned to any of the following locations: * Northeast Service Center, 10303 Toolyard * Southeast Service Center, 7402 S New Braunfels Essential Job Functions * Operates a 10 cy or less dump trucks to and from work locations, construction sites, etc. * Performs minor maintenance and service checks on equipment. * Performs unskilled and semi-skilled labor work related to various maintenance and construction activities. * May prepare a daily log of activities. * Cleans and removes debris from streets, parks, drainage, ditches, City parks, and other areas. * Removes brush and trash from drainage inlets. * Transports tools and equipment to and from work sites. * May assist in the placement of barricades, signs, flashers, and safety cones. * Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required. Job Requirements * Ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance. * One (1) year of experience operating light, medium, or heavy equipment. * Must obtain a Valid Texas Commercial Class "B" Driver's License plus all required endorsements within six (6) months of employment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Class "A" or Class "B" CDL. * Three (3) + years' experience in all aspects of street construction / reconstruction. * Three (3) + years' experience with hot and/or cold mix asphalt placement. * Three (3) + years' experience repairing potholes with patch truck. * Three (3) + years' experience operating medium to heavy equipment (i.e. front-end loader, skid loader, double drum roller, pneumatic roller, etc.). PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Physical requirements include frequently lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate equipment. Subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and crouching to perform essential functions. Working conditions are primarily outside in a construction site environment with frequent exposure to temperature extremes, traffic construction dust, damp/wet surfaces, overhead power lines, high noise, oily surfaces, liquid asphalt, and lime. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Knowledge of operating characteristics and limitations of the equipment being operated. * Knowledge of basic construction methods and practices. * Knowledge of safety procedures related to the equipment being operated. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and practices. * Ability to learn proper equipment operating procedures, methods, and practices. * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public. * Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. * Ability to perform all the physical requirements of the position.
