Job Description Job Description Die Cutter Operator ( Regional Relocation ) Tyrone, Ga Hourly : $25.00 $35.00 / hr Requirements of this position? v Must have a minimum of 3 years of Die Cutting experience in the folding carton industry v Must have experience with die cutters that have blanking capability What are the nice-to-have skills? Experience in the food/confectionary folding carton industry Ability to re-knife Dies Offline make ready tasks such as EZ Press and Pinsetters Job description Operates Die Cutter Machine to develop end-result printed material in accordance with customer specifications: v Operate Die Cutter machine, troubleshoot and monitor operation. v Prepares Die Cutter by performing a variety of tasks to produce a consistent, high quality product by adjusting the die and register for pressure and cutting. v Perform a variety of make ready tasks for high productivity and precision operations, resolves defects and adjustments to produce high quality product. v Oversee General technicians working on equipment. v Make adjustments, clear jams, while processing product, maintaining speed and quality. v Ensure efficient and rapid make ready, with unloading and loading.

QUALITY: Ensure quality of jobs completed by reviewing for quality and accuracy. Makes sure jobs are complete and error free. v Ensures finished product exceeds customer expectations. v Ensure all checklists are completed. v Support and communicate all ISO standards and quality objectives. v Complies with cGMP, HACCP Food Safety Requirements and Chain of Custody Program Requirements. SAFETY: Ensures complete adherence and compliance to the OHSE policies.

Assists team members in maintaining clean and safe environment. v Maintains and follows all company policies and procedures for safety, personal protection and hazard materials/waste handling according to established guidelines. v Follows all personal protection procedures by use of appropriate PPE at all times. v Follows established procedures and guidelines for the handling and disposal of all hazardous materials/waste. v Maintains and wears proper uniform according to company policy. v Use Company provided safety lifting equipment, i.e., hoist, jacks, vacuum manipulators, etc. v Properly stores and arranges work area to maintain cleanliness and safe environment following all safety rules and regulations for grounding, storage, spill clean-up, etc. Describe how this position fits in your organization.
