Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to be responsible for die casting and trim operations in their high pressure aluminum die casting plant.

Must be available to work different shifts/overtime as required

You must be willing to:

  • Coordinate/supervise activities/work assignments/support functions
  • Supervise processes/housekeeping/safety policies/plant rules
  • Examine delivery priorities/schedules - assign work accordingly
  • Coordinate work assignments between supervisors on all shifts
  • Work with quality department to maintain the highest possible quality standards
  • Ensure work instructions are kept up to date/process corrections are made/defective parts are dispositioned quickly
  • Recommend/monitor/execute proper disciplinary actions
  • Conduct departmental meetings regularly
  • Follow all company safety policies/procedures, report any unsafe conditions


  • High School/GED
  • 10 years’ experience in high pressure aluminum die casting
  • knowledge of casting trim/finish operations
  • A willingness to learn new concepts (by coursework or visiting other locations)

S/he will escalate issues to leadership and will determine the best way to deliver a difficult message to both the brand/project team and the client effectively. S/he identifies the approach and strategic direction for his/her programs with the input of internal stakeholders and then helps to sell it to the client.
