Dialysis Registered Nurse (Rn) - Chronic Dialysis

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients with chronic kidney disease through the administration of hemodialysis treatments. The RN will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer hemodialysis treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures

- Monitor patient vital signs and assess for any changes in condition during treatments

- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner

- Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment options, and self-care techniques

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for each patient

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Current RN license in [Insert State]

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hemodialysis or critical care nursing

- BLS certification
