Avera is currently seeking a Dialysis Quality Program Manager!!

Job Summary

Has responsibility for providing oversight for dialysis quality programming. In collaboration with the program administration and physician leadership, contributes on the leadership team in coordinating, planning, organizing, facilitating and evaluating quality program functions, including:

Aid in development and implementation of standard procedures, forms/tools, order sets and Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) program. Establishes processes to assure program regulatory "readiness" for CMS certification, including monitoring and incorporating updates; Develops and administers systems for auditing of program operations to meet regulatory requirements. Assures efficient use of fiscal resources. Responsibility for maintenance of dialysis databases as it relates to quality management.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsibilities include contributing to interviewing, developing and training.

Education and/or Experience

• Proven track record of entering, manipulating and analyzing data and health statistics.

• Clinical bachelor's degree preferred.

• Dialysis or quality, or database management experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required. Nephrology Nurse certification preferred.

Work Schedule

• Hours: 80 hours per 2 weeks
