Nurse Manager Expectations: Manage staff and programs of the renal dialysis department Coordinate daily operations of dialysis services (9 stations) Monitor standards and guidelines for dialysis treatment Ensure all documentation is completed and audited regularly Lead staff professional development programs Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. 1-2 years' experience.

Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options. Deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions. What you have:
