Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (Per Diem)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis through the end of the year. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a supportive team. The role is based in Syracuse, NY, and includes free on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret and evaluate radiographic images.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout their imaging procedures.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure.

Job Requirements

• Valid New York State (NYS) Radiologic Technologist License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
• Previous experience in orthopedic imaging is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
