Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs Radiology nursing activities; responsible for medications and narcotics in the Radiology Department. Assures high quality nursing care with focus on patient care and education. Effectively participates and promotes Star Service Skills to include service recovery.

• Knowledge of nursing skills and abilities to assure high quality patient care
• Educates patients and families
• Delivers customer focused patient care utilizing the Excellence Always Standards to include the transport of
• Patients as necessary to facilitate optimal patient care/flow.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt

• Basic Cardiac Life Support

• National Specialty Certification preferred

• Texas State RN license or compact license required

• Graduate of a School of Nursing Associates Degree, BSN/MSN preferred

• 2 years CCU/ICU or ER experience nursing required
