What you will do

• Design and develop software applications using Python, SQL, and SQL. PERL is helpful too.

• Work with customers to identify, document, and extract requirements for automations.

• Ensure the best efficient design from a product (or group of products) perspective.

• Promote adequate technology evolution and ensure the consistency of any applications and tools used.

• Focus on minimizing the need for big improvements during a product's lifecycle.

• Perform application development support activities; Perform application specification analysis and design.

• Support all stages of application lifecycle management; Perform 3rd level applications support.

• Learn about and use ITIL best practices to ensure applications meet Ericsson standards and needs.

You will bring

• Working towards a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or computer Engineering.

• Different phases of SDLC including requirement analysis and software architectural design phases using Agile/scrum methodologies.

• Preparing high level and low-level design documents based on requirements.

• Perform software regression testing and quality checks as per QC guidelines; develop automations using Python and SQL.

• Connect with customers to identify, document and extract requirements for automations; develop technical solutions to complex business problems and enterprise level projects.

• Ability to work with developer teams located outside the United States.

This role reports to the DevOps SRE Operations Manager

Your Pay:

The compensation range for this position is listed below. The actual compensation offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, a combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

California: $31 - $37 per hour

Washington, New York, New Jersey, Colorado: $26 -$31 per hour
