Devsecops Functional Analyst

Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness with all stakeholders.

Execute necessary configuration of Toolchain Resource planning using all related processes.

Ensure the solution built is scalable to high volume, flexible for future enhancements.

End to End ownership of the deliverables and security around the same.

Provides periodic updates to the respective project delivery teams - related to progress of design blockers, Key Design Decisions (KDD's) and other Architecture issues.

Must multiple product backlogs and facilitated effective sprint planning sessions.

Measures, tracks, and corrects outcomes based on metrics including Service Level Agreement (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and user-experience, and customer satisfaction.

Must have experience collaborating with clients on business requirements.

Responsible for managing a team of technical resources, provides mentorship and performs performance management.

Maintains a detailed knowledge of scope for each release effort, including business functionality, technical scope, and key resources.

Must have Manufacturing domain level experience.

Strong experience needed to work on project Management Tools to create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to get buy-in from Clients and refined those with the scrum team.

Managed various distributed teams and embraced them to adapt the Agile mindset.

Forecasts and performs analysis on team capacity and demand. Identifies role, skillset, and capability gaps and recommends methods and options to filling the gaps.

Works and leads dynamic cross functional teams, in multiple locations.

Supports team working with, contributing to, and adhering to standards and best practices.

Ran effective Retrospective sessions which in turn helped the team identify and streamline process issues.

Effectively led Root Cause Analysis sessions to identify causes of an unplanned outage.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong analytical abilities and can perform well both independently and as a team player.

Strong leadership skills, decision making and problem-solving abilities.
