The Role :The DevOps Manager will be responsible for driving and managing Azure DevOps processes and infrastructure to ensure seamless software delivery. This role involves collaborating closely with development, IT operations, and security teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, optimize cloud infrastructure, and ensure high availability and security. The DevOps Manager will lead a team of engineers, focusing on deploying, automating, and maintaining infrastructure while ensuring efficient operations and aligning DevOps practices with business goals. While hands-on experience is valuable, the primary focus is on team management and strategy.
You Will :You will report to the Senior Development Manager to define and implement DevOps best practices for timely software delivery.
- You will Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive change
- You will lead and mentor the DevOps team,
- You will manage CI/CD pipelines on the Azure platform and oversee infrastructure automation.
- You will ensure security and compliance standards, develop strategies for scalability, monitor system performance, and optimize cloud resources.
- Additionally, you will work with release management to plan agile and monthly releases,
- You will collaborate with the environment manager to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and recommend improvements, such as OCP to AKS migration.
Who You Are :- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, including 3+ years in a management role, leading teams and projects.
- Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient in Terraform, ARM templates, PowerShell, and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and container orchestration.
- Proven leadership skills in managing automation, system performance, and operational excellence.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver results in high-pressure, fast-paced environments focused on scalability and security.
- Proven record of effectively communicating to align business and technical teams.
