Devops Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support a DoD customer based out of Chantilly, VA. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for upgraading/optimizing a DoD Linux/AWS platform and CI/CD pipeline.

Responsibilities of the DevOps Engineer includes:

• Deliver engineering solutoins to provide automation deployment, and management to the applications, infrsatructure and cloud

• Design and implement DevOps piperlines in an AWS cloud environment

• Utilize Kubernetes and similar DevOps tools to optimize the CI/CD pipeline

Qualifications for the DevOps Engineer includes:

• 6 Years with a bachelor;s degree or 10 years of relevant experience

• Multi-environment AWS, DevOps, K8 containerization and automated build experience

• OpenSearch, Kibana, or ElasticSearch experience is highly desired

• Python scripting/automation experience is highly preferred

• TS/SCI Full-Scope Poly Clearance is Required

Compensation for the DevOps Engineer includes:

• Hourly Rate: $100 - $115 /hr depending on experience
