Proficient with multiple scripting languages (ie Python, groovy, bash, etc.)
Experience in distributed systems design, developing services, APIs, etc
Automated testing concepts and frameworks (for example, PyUnit, Unittest, go test, etc.)
Experience with Linux
Experience with Docker/Kunbernetes
Jenkins Pipeline DSL experience and familiarity with Jenkins Shared Libraries
Experience in distributed systems design, developing services, etc.
Continuous integration and Delivery principals and best practices
Source control and configuration management principals and workflow patterns using Git
Some knowledge of configuration management tools (ie Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
Experience with DevOps ToolChain platforms (for example, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonarqube, etc.)
Familiar with micro services and relevant technologies such as orchestration, service discovery, service meshes, etc.
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Ability to design and implement highly-available and fault-tolerant solutions
Understanding of Agile software development concepts (for example, Scrum, Kanban)
Ability to schedule, estimate, priorities and deliver to commitments with a number of parallel ongoing efforts
Excellent documentation skills

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
