Position Summary:

The Dev Ops Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient development operations strategies and systems to support software deployment processes. This role involves managing CI/CD tools, automating operational processes, and collaborating closely with the software development team to ensure high availability and performance of applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure and tools to deliver cloud service solutions.

  • Work with IT and development teams to oversee code releases and deployments.

  • Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines).

  • Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve application deployment processes.

  • Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability.

  • Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation.

Work Schedule:

As a continued effort to provide a safe and productive work environment, Community Care Plan is currently following a hybrid work schedule. Staff are able to work from home 3 days a week and will report to the office 2 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in the IT field.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years design and implementation of Continuous Delivery and/or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years managing an IT Operations environment

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' hands on experience with code repository management, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration, and automated deployment & management using tools like Jenkins, SVN, Get, Chef, Ensile, Art factory, Service Now, Sonar, Selenium

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with approaches and tooling for automated build, delivery, and release of software

  • Proven experience as a Dev Ops Engineer or similar role.

  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, Ansible, or Kubernetes.

  • Strong background in Windows/Azure Administration.

  • A working understanding of code and script (c, c#, VB, and/or VBA).
