We are looking for a Delivery/Project Manager to join an ongoing, federal project. This role would be based out of Columbia, MD and some onsite travel to Baltimore 1-2 days per week. This candidate will be managing 1-2 scrum teams and must be very strong in Agile processes.


  • Deliver projects and using the SAFE Lean Agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently

  • Work with the Project Manager and the Scrum Master to define the roadmap for any given project/application and translate this into user stories

  • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team

  • Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team

  • Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (test/integration/production)

  • Actively participating in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice

Must Have Skills

  • Strong understanding of the agile process

  • Superb communication skills with experience working and coordinating complex development efforts.

  • Understanding of the agile release train concepts

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with cloud-based projects using open source tools

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD process and pipelines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline required, or relevant experience
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience of which with at least 3-5 years of experience as a delivery/release or project manager in an agile environment

Tuff Shed's Partnership with Home Depot Tuff Shed has an agreement with Home Depot (HD). As an Area Sales Manager, you will be the liaison between HD, its customers, and Tuff Shed. You will liaise directly with a number of stores, developing trusting and productive relationships, and ensuring the quality and presentation of Tuff Shed displays. You will also provide training and product knowledge to the employees who are located at each site. This enables the onsite employees to answer questions about Tuff Shed and assist you in making sales. Receiving Sales Leads The Area Sales Managers also receives sales leads from a number of sources, including the Tuff Shed National Call Center, Home Depot, and from customers directly. Additionally, you will participate in weekend events (four per month) with the opportunity to showcase and sell our products.
