This position is for a Device Engineer working on the next generation nonvolatile memory based FPGA cell.
Responsibilities include test-chip development, single cell and array characterization and analysis. The candidate is also involved in characterizing next generation FinFet transistor design rules and reliability, SPICE modeling and interconnect modeling.
Bachelor degree or above in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics
