This position is located on-site in Madison, WI on our WPS campus

  • WPS Ray Koenig Building

  • 1765 West Broadway, Madison, WI.

This position can be filled at the Professional Administrator level or the Senior Administrator level.

As a Device and Desktop Systems Administrator you will provide on-site device support (workstation, thin client, mobile device, network attached printers, peripherals) to our employees and corporate clients. You will Identify and resolve problems, deliver technical assistance and direction to appropriate Information Systems staff as required. Your day-to-day work will include Installing, managing, and maintaining end user hardware and peripherals, core device images and software.

Minimum Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.

  • Senior Level: 1 or more years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Level: 3 or more years in Information Systems performing system administration.

  • Senior Level: 5 or more years in Information Systems performing system administration.

  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows OS desktop/laptop computer systems, Citrix platform systems, hardware, and software.

  • MDM (Mobile Device Management) experience.

  • Microsoft Intune-Endpoint Management experience.

  • WMS (Wyse Management Suite) experience.

  • Specialized coursework and/or vendor training courses in assigned operating system specialty.

Salary Range

Professional level: $70,000 ~ $95,000

Senior Level: $90,000 ~ $115,000

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside the posted range.
