We will be interviewing to fill Blended Case Managers and Outpatient Therapists

The Case Management position are a community based position serving Berks, Chester and Montgomery Counties.

Outpatient Therapy will work out of the Phoenixville office and requires a licensure of LPC or LCSW. The Case Management and Family Based Therapist positions are community based positions serving Berks, Chester and Montgomery Counties.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health's Community Services Division will be hosting an ON THE SPOT Interview Day for applicants interested in working with children, adolescents and families with Intellectual, Developmental, Psychiatric or Disruptive Behavior Disorders. Position require a Bachelor's degree for Case Managment.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Blended Case Management : Bachelors Required in Human Service related field.

Licensed Outpatient Therapist: Masters Degree with 2 years of experience working with Children and/or adolescents. Clinical Licensure.

All position require a Valid Driver's license and that you are at least 21 years of age.

The IDEAL candidate will... Be empathetic, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, understand the theories of behavior management and positive reinforcement, and represent yourself as a positive role model.

Physical Requirements:
Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing.

Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision. Frequent use of Devereux vehicles for business purposes. Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.

This part-time opportunity will allow you to work with individuals between the ages 2-19 and their families, diagnosed with depression, pervasive development disorder, attention deficit disorder, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, bipolar disorder, and poor impulse control. Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to: + Carry a caseload of individuals seeking individual, family therapy, and/or parenting sessions. + Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for new individuals + Create resiliency plans which reflect appropriate interventions/goals for each individual assigned + Ensure proper documentation of session notes, resiliency plans, assessments, and referrals for additional services including medication and/or case management + Review psychiatric evaluations for collaboration and to ensure that all recommendations are being followed. + Comply with regulatory, organizational, and center standards of care + Ensure safe, effective delivery and documentation of resiliency services for all individuals in outpatient programs + Assist in the hospitalization process as required and/or provide assistance to caseload in crisis situations _Keywords: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Outpatient Therapist, LPC, LCSW_ Qualifications * Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work. * Previous experience conducting individual and/or family therapy, preferably with children and adolescents, required. * Ability to work at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week. * PA License required: LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist * Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
