Interns are hired into a technical role within specific account and/or project teams. Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in technology and business, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

What you'll do (assignments may include responsibilities in one or more of the following areas):

  • Application Developer and/or Technical Analyst roles

  • Create systems design utilizing client requirements

  • Applications development and computer programming

  • Database maintenance and configuration management

  • Software installs, technical testing and reporting

What you'll need:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing bachelors degree in a relevant field (i.e.: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar major with extensive computer-based or technical content)

  • A great attitude and hunger for learning

  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills

  • Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Ability to work within a team environment

  • 3.0 GPA is required

  • Ability to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time

This role requires a hardworking go-getter, as well as a self-starter. This role plays a critical part in making that work environment a better place to work.    Duties and Responsibilities include:  * Drive a company vehicle to perform pick-up/delivery service across Microsoft's Puget sound campus.  * Vehicles range from a cargo van (6' height) to high roof van (9'6" height) size.  * Maintain all vehicle mileage logs and vehicle inspection/service reporting documentation.  * Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.   * Effectively communicate with clients and company personnel via email, phone or face to face in a professional manner.  * Safely work with manual materials handling equipment. (i.e. manual pallet jack, hand truck).    Electronic Recycle Collections  * Collect electronic recycle from the Microsoft Puget sound campus via different modalities. These may include intelligence locker pickup, carts and hand trucks.  * You will be transporting electronic recycle equipment to supporting freight department(s) for sorting, palletize and preparation for recycle for shipment to recycler.  * Maintain a clean working environment.    Delivery  * Deliver all inbound mail, packages and freight to mailroom, package lockers or mutually accepted location.  * Collect proper signatures for deliveries to customers utilizing on site tracking software.  * Collect all outbound mail, packages from the mailroom.  * Ensure customers have adequate supply of materials for shipping.  * Collect proper signatures for deliveries to customers utilizing on site tracking software.  * Load and unload packages from company vehicles efficiently and safely adhering to all Exela procedures.  * Clean company vehicle assigned as necessary, maintains neat and clean personal appearance to uphold company's professional imagery.  * All other duties as assigned.    OK, I'm interested...
