May Center for Adult Services is looking for a qualified Developmental Specialist to to make a difference in the lives of adults with autism and developmental disabilities in our Day Habilitation center in Revere, MA. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm.

Provide coordination and leadership to individuals and staff members in a group room/community setting
Follow Day Habilitation and Behavioral Support plans, collect and evaluate data, and write monthly progress summaries
Oversee and run therapeutic goals with individuals served
Skill development and community integration
Assisting individuals in meeting their personal care and nutritional needs
Participating in the development of IEP/ISP objectives and documenting consumer progress
Previous behavioral experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and at least 2 years' driving experience
Previous human services experience strongly preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs
