Development Project Manager

Piper Companies is looking for a Development Project Manager to join a community development organization based out of Catonsville, MD. This is a hybrid and full-time position.

Essential Duties of the Development Project Manager:

• Maintain, monitor, review, and report on project budgets and change orders

• Monitor and report on construction quality and overall adherence to design and enterprise standards and guidelines.

• Review and escalate issues as required to maintain project schedule, budget, standards and guidelines, and design intent.

• Monitor processing timeliness and review RFIs and Submittals

Qualifications of the Development Project Manager:

• 2+ years related experience required

• Must have experience working with occupied building renovations

• Travel is an essential requirement of the position

• Bachelors degree required. Degrees in Engineering, Construction Management or Real Estate Real Estate is strongly preferred

Compensation for the Development Project Manager:

• $90,000-$120,000 (based on experience)

• Hybrid work schedule

• Annual bonus
