Responsibilities:

This is a sales position with the primary responsibility for developing cross-channel business partnerships with high potential clients from medium to large-sized accounts which may have multiple locations within a defined geographical territory.

This position manages the business relationship with identified accounts that have complex specific adjacency (i.e. CPD, CBFS, Tech) related needs.

In addition, this position assists in the deployment of new products, services, and solutions throughout both BSD and NAR Divisions through established partnerships with other sales associates.

  • Engaged in sales activities outside of the office, face-to-face, including, but not limited to, creating relationships with non-Office Depot customers and develop a clear, complete understanding of their potential business issues and needs for more than 50% of work time. Sales activities also include selling to existing Office Depot customers a further and deeper range of products and services from office Depot. Note: Administrative maintenance and invoicing issues, even when accomplished at the customer's site, do not count towards the over 50% of work time that is required to be spent in sales activities outside of the office. The primary focus of this position is sales, not administrative maintenance of the customer.

  • Ensure effective execution of tactical and operational segments of the sales plans for all products and services relevant to geographical scope.

  • The Development Manager will stay in tune with the changing demands of the marketplace and provide management with recommendations for training, new products, assortment and service enhancements. Works under the direction of sales management to launch all new products, services, and solutions to both NAR and BSD Field personnel within a defined geographical territory.

  • Identifies key targets from region listing & develops selling & penetration plans using a consultative selling approach.

  • Partners with BSD sales associates to achieve a defined contract sales quota based on account/territory potential. Schedules joint face to face calls to customers in attempt to meet and sell programs and solutions.

  • Applies adjacency expertise to design and implement customer programs. Sells to multiple levels of decision-makers within larger, high potential accounts by developing partnerships with customers.

  • Schedules face-to-face contact with current or prospective buyers on a daily basis. Sells value and innovative solutions beyond the core product to meet buyer needs.

  • Directs account sales strategies as they relate to specific adjacency offerings. Designs optimal product/service mix to match essential buying criteria.

  • Partner with Field Support Leaders, NAR District Managers & RVPs, and BSD Directors & VPs to ensure that adjacency selling programs achieve their revenue and IMU targets.

  • The Development Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a calendar or log of all outside appointments and tracking incurred mileage expenses required for reimbursement through the Runzheimer Program. Manager may request to review the calendar or log at their discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in related field

  • Sales experience, preferably in a complex business-to-consumer and business-to-business service-orientated environment; or demonstration of skills and learning through an internal development program and selection process.

VIEW JOBS 11/18/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-16T00:00 Position Purpose RCIS or RCES certification preferred, required within 1 year of hire Job Description Details: * Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the radiographic / digital imaging equipment and table positioning as appropriate for safe patient care * Assists with patient transfer to and from procedure table and stretcher; * Monitors patients during invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures for arrhythmias, cardiovascular status change, pain, access site bleeding, and mental status change. Intervenes appropriately * Establishes and maintains ongoing communication with the physician operator throughout the procedure to facilitate patient safety, treatment and diagnosis * Administers contrast media under the direction of a physician. Recognizes signs of contrast reaction and responds appropriately with corrective action Page 4. * Initiates and follows Holy Cross Hospital policy regarding care during invasive procedure inclusive of monitoring of oxygen saturation, respiratory status, circulatory status, mental status and vital signs under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Documents findings accurately and timely. * Systematically reviews history and physical, EKG, lab values and chest x-ray, and correlates invasive procedure protocol with patients physiological status. Communicates findings to physician operator and fellow team members * Demonstrates ability to continuously monitors ECG for abnormalities and reports emergent or urgent rhythms to Physician operator and other team members; * Demonstrates clinical expertise related to sterile technique, and all aspects of assisting physician in the role of the scrub person; * Demonstrates compliance with Operating Room infection control and environment of care standards in respect to working in the hybrid OR; * Maintains emergency equipment and defibrillator (for immediate use). Performs daily crash cart checks and documents appropriately prior to first case * Establishes and maintains ongoing communication with patient throughout the procedure to facilitate patient comfort, emotional support, reassurance and safety; * Assist with the development and revision of policies for invasive procedure to include: Cardiac Catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology and Neuro-Radiology Procedures * Demonstrates working knowledge of cardiac arrhythmias and other hemodynamic parameters; * Documents procedure thoroughly and accurately using lab specific documentation system to include hemodynamic data, medication administration, device implants, patient physical assessment, procedural findings, and treatment plan. Ensures all documentation is verified by a Registered Nurse and appropriately signed, dated and timed; * Rotates assignments within the Interventional Procedures Labs to include roles of scrub person/assistant, Monitor person/Recorder; * Maintains up-to-date knowledge of procedures performed by acquiring relative continuing education, seeking learning opportunities within the field of cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, interventional radiology and interventional neuro-radiology; * Practices radiation safety according to principles of ALARA and Time, Distance, Shielding and maintains shielding equipment appropriately: * Demonstrates clinical competency with Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump and Cardiac Defibrillator; * Demonstrates the ability to draw blood for ACT monitoring and is skilled at running samples.
