DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, PLAYER EXPERIENCE - EAX

Our highly talented team works closely with multiple game teams across many genres and platforms. Together, we develop compelling game experiences including content discovery, commerce, game delivery, subscription services and more.

Role:

As a Development Manager within EAX you will be tasked with delivering on 3 core principals

Communication: provide clear and transparent information sharing catering to the different requirements of your stakeholders and team

Collaboration: bridge between different viewpoints and facilitate your team's capability to work at their fullest potential

Commitment: ensure the team and its stakeholders always understand what it will take to deliver on their commitments and prioritize their resources accordingly

Challenges you will contribute to solving:

Cross Functional Team Execution: You are a dynamic problem solver, collaborator, and communicator who will partner with multiple functional organizations in driving challenging inter-disciplinary and cross-team initiatives.

Relationship Building: You have experience working closely with a wide range of skill sets across engineering, design, and product management, and have an immediate ability to build credibility with established teams.

Continuous Improvement: You are driven by a passion for process definition, finding new efficiencies, coordinating complex initiatives across disciplines, and are comfortable working within a large organization with many different groups and services that require regular attention.

Skills and Experience you bring the team:

  • 3+ years experience working within technology industries

  • 3+ years experience in project management

  • Experience in online services or gaming industry highly desirable

This externally facing role is focused on developing our largest partners. Working with our Strategic Partner Operations Manager, this role will curate and manage the dish portfolio offered by our partners while ensuring scalable and mutually beneficial relationships between the both parties. A successful candidate will be able to foster trusted relationships with our food partners and maintain extreme ownership of vision for the marriage between two brands on our daily menu.<br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <ul><li>Lead efforts to research and identify strategic partner prospects. Develop relationships with these partners across all markets to facilitate current and new market expansion and competitive positioning.</li></ul> <li><ul> <li>Manage and oversee all agreements and negotiations.</li> <li>Project manage menu development cycles to ensure diversity of co-pack and strategic partner portfolio, curate and develop the best dishes for EAT Club customers, quarterbacking with internal teams to execute launching and logistics of the new dishes.</li> <li>Maintain or improve margins with co-packers and strategic partners.</li> <li>Manage ad hoc projects that directly impact our co-packers and strategic partners.</li> <li>Work with Strategic Partner Operations Manager to identify solutions and strategies to increase the reach of co-pack portfolio and collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.</li> </ul></li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>6-8 years of professional account management/partnerships experience, preferably within the food &amp; beverage or hospitality space. </li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with colleagues and with external partners/customers. </li> <li>Experience “quarterbacking” complex partner contracts and terms sheets</li> <li>Passion for food – professionally and/or personally.
