Summary
Supporting the Associate Vice President of Development, Associate Vice President of Alumni Engagement, Major Gifts Officers, Donor Relations, and Corporate and Foundation teams, the Development Coordinator will contribute to key operations of the College. This position will provide essential and advanced administrative support for fundraising purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate the business aspects of the development team by supporting tasks such as logistics support (calendaring, work orders); including supply ordering; budget management, expense reporting; travel arrangements; and mail responsibilities
Support the Associate Vice President of Development
Support to the Associate Vice President for Campaign & Operations
Manages expense reports for VPs within the department
Provide assistance to the Corporate and Foundation Relations office through research/data mining, calendaring, and site visit logistics
Assist in special campus events and develop local relationships
Conduct prospect mapping and strategies
Complete state registrations and maintain compliance according to fundraising laws
Compile expense items and reports for the Major Gift's team
Provides data expertise within the Development Team
Performs data entry and special projects as needed by various divisions with Alumni Engagement & Development
Conducts data analysis and general system upkeep
Develops communication for alumni news and special announcements
Participates as assigned in meetings and support of the Development Team
Performs other administrative or project management duties as assigned
