  • 5:00 p.m.

Workdays: Monday

  • Friday (occasional nights and weekends)

Location: 202 W. French Place, San Antonio, TX, 78212

Mission: The mission of Catholic Charities is to provide for the needs of our communitythrough selfless service under the sign of love.

Summary: Support Mission Advancement strategy and activities for CCAOSA by coordinating and executing activities related to donor development/fundraising, donor database, and company websites. Position supports all members of the Mission Advancement team including marketing/communications, special events, grants, parish outreach, volunteers, and administration.

Position Responsibilities:

  • *Record and acknowledge all gifts and donations in donor database (Salesforce)

  • *Maintain donor database (Salesforce)

  • *Regularly update and improve accuracy of constituent data through cross referencing of other platforms including Neon, Stripe, Square, Greater Giving, and others.

  • *Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual giving reports as requested from all revenue streams including event platforms, third party administrators, employee giving campaigns, cash & check logs, and online donations through company websites.

  • Reconcile all donations monthly with Finance team.

  • Generate and mail accurate end of year constituent tax letters.

  • *Collaborate with Mission Advancement departments to collect and compile performance measures for weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.

  • *Process Mission Advancement expenses and revenue with Finance and in Intacct.

  • Track and identify donor trends.

  • Track and report on fundraising performance, website metrics, constituent trends, and other measures as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Chief Development Officer.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education

o bachelor's or associate degree in business, Computer Science, Public Administration, Communications or business- related field preferred.

  • Experience

o Two years' experience with various technical and database management platforms and development office experience preferred.

o Advanced computer skills to manage various platforms like Greater Giving, Neon, Stripe, and Intacct.

  • License and Credentials

o Reliable transportation

o Valid driver license

o Valid vehicle insurance

o Must have clean driving record

Minimum Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Greater Giving, and Intacct.

  • A solid grasp of constituent relationship management and fundraising processes.

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team.

  • Must have good written and verbal skills.

  • Must have good math skills.

  • Must have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at once with pending deadlines.

  • Must be able to maintain high level of professionalism with internal clients and external partners.

  • Must be able to support each of the functions of Mission Advancement including special events, fundraising, grants, volunteers, and parish outreach.

Travel Requirements:

Travel requirements for the position includes 100% local when needed.
