We are currently looking to fill a Development Associate position at our Reno Nevada Office, located in Reno, Nevada.
As a Development Associate at Lyon Living, you will be an integral part of someones journey in finding a new home. You will provide support and coordination for the Development team in a fast paced environment. Essential Job Functions:
Create and track contracts and change orders. Maintain log.
Process consultant invoices and coordinate.
Coordinate and prepare reports for the owner/investors.
Upload and manage plans in PlanGrid.
Assist the Development department with creating and updating the Owner Selected Finishes.
Assist in preparing municipal submittal package and presentation materials.
Retrieve, organize and file plans and other pertinent documents.
Organize and maintain the sample supply room.
Manage storage record logs for the Development/Construction files.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel for members of the Development department.
Prepare expense reports.
Assist in miscellaneous office administrative duties, including scanning and filing documents and delivering plans to consultants and cities.
All duties and responsibilities shall be performed as set forth in our established policies and procedures.
Adheres to and assures compliance with Standards of Conduct, company policies and procedures and all applicable rules, regulations and standards as promulgated by Federal, State and accrediting agencies or regulating bodies. This includes, but is not limited to, Department of Housing and other applicable regulatory agencies.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelors degree from a four year college or university is preferred.
2-3 years of related experience in real estate, construction and development.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Excellent time management, prioritization and oral/written communication skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of or experience with Construction Cost Accounting Software
