As a participant in the Human Resources Development Program, you will work primarily with our Compensation department. You will combine and analyze HR compensation data to assist in budgeting reports and forecasting.
You will compile and analyze HR related data for reports and presentations to the management team. You will conduct analysis, recommendation, record keeping and communication as it applies to salary ranges, grades, job titles and descriptions, job table maintenance, and FLSA designation. You will work with reviewing and updating our job descriptions and creating positions in Peoplesoft. The Human Resources Development Associate's career path is to move into a Human Resources Financial Analyst or Compensation Analyst role.
