Performs financial analyses for development opportunities, preparing appropriate documents to facilitate the underwriting and closing of real estate transactions, may interface with brokers, equity partners, institutional clients, and the Company's development and construction leadership.


  • Conducts financial analysis of development opportunities, including creating detailed pro-forma and financial models for review.

  • Gathers, compiles and analyzes market data and prepares narrative investment memoranda, detailed reports, and market summaries that provide insights on proposed projects.

  • Assists in preparing financial, market, and other documents required for new business pitches and RFPs.

  • Participates in the due diligence on development sites under contract, and prepares documentation on key findings that may affect the return and financial performance of the proposed deal.

  • Monitors and reports on the status and progress of proposed development pipeline project, recommending critical timelines and deadlines for tasks and activities related to the proposed transaction, and identifies and communicates issues or problems that could adversely affect closing.

  • Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. About the role: As the Business Development Strategy Trainer, you will impact several areas of our company. The BDS Trainer will have immediate ownership of equipping our client-facing teams with the skills they need to cross-sell and up-sell; directly driving product expansion and revenue growth. You will be responsible for aligning with currently identified knowledge and skill gaps and designing, creating, delivering, and measuring trainings and their effectiveness. You will also be responsible for identifying additional organizational sales skill or knowledge gaps along the way, informing the direction of future new and existing business trainings. As part of the broader Business Development Strategy function, the BDS Trainer will also have opportunities to be involved in additional projects to support broader function and organizational needs. Some of those projects include: * Ownership of equipping the broader organization to deliver our overall Premise Health message consistently and confidently. You will own company-wide quarterly update trainings and reporting, the creation and delivery of additional supportive trainings, and as-needed regional or departmental trainings. * Leading Growth Orientation. The BDS Trainer will help incoming growth team members start off on the right foot. This role will own and deliver a new team member orientation process for Growth employees, introducing them to our industry, organization, value, differentiators, and messaging. You will be responsible for maintaining the orientation SharePoint page so that new team members can access resources and recordings to help with their initial ramp-up. You will also be responsible for scheduling department overviews for each orientation cohort across the organization to promote awareness. Job Requirements: * Design, deliver, and facilitate learning solutions using a variety of media and methods * Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizing animation and/or setting automatic slide timings). * Effectively equip and empower a variety of audiences with varying degrees of business development knowledge and skills * Work cross-functionally to create training content and related tools, host trainings, and plan/execute training logistics * Create strategies, measure, and provide insight around training effectiveness * Works strategically with internal stakeholders to optimize training processes, utilization, and accountability * Deliver trainings virtually and in-person, continually incorporating hands-on application of concepts learned * Develop and deploy various business development resources (such as guides, quick-tips, planning worksheets, etc.) that are relevant and helpful to trainees both during and after trainings * Create and facilitate tailored trainings for specific regional or departmental needs * Assist in or leads role overview for organizational awareness * Attend cross-functional meetings for ongoing updates and alignment * Research, assess, and make recommendations on business development training topics, systems, technology, or process improvements * Develops and executes complete training plans * Completes regular internal communications and reporting updates, including, but not limited to: * Training and attendance statistics * Reporting on training effectiveness and adoption * Organizational training feedback summaries and insights gained * Progress on upcoming training creation * Prioritization and scheduling updates * Support organizational messaging and branding * Participate in ongoing internal educational and training sessions * Proactively review organizational communications for ongoing message and positioning alignment * Miscellaneous administrative duties * Minimal travel on an as-needed basis Education: * 5+ years of training or instructional experience required * Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred Experience: * Possess a strong track record of successful training delivery and effectiveness * Ability to thrive in a changing environment and pivot training programs accordingly * Ability to break down complex processes into digestible pieces for optimal learning and retention * Experience in building an enterprise-wide, user-centric, and ongoing training program for a large workforce * Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills * Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to understand specific client populations and solutions identify additional growth opportunities to provide to the team members * Effectively work independently and within a team * Ability to build training programs from the ground up * Excels at designing and building compelling, engaging presentations * Ability to collaborate with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet defined goals within established timelines * Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization * Experience prioritizing and organizing tasks while tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
