Develops, codes, deploys and maintains web applications and websites.
1.Provides application development and technical support for customer websites.
2.Collaborates with graphic artists to develop web page graphics that support interactive, marketing-focused content.
3.Provides technical consultation in new systems development, new package evaluations and enhancements of existing systems.
4.Prepares functional specifications from which programs will be written, and then designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs.
5.Participates in the technical design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of website enhancements.

Plan and perform analytical and engineering research, design development, and other assignments in conformance with design, engineering and customer specifications
Coordinate the activities of technicians assigned to specific analytical projects
Provide analytic support, data maintenance support, software development, dissemination support and quality control for each Intelligence Information Report (IIR) and IIR enclosures. This effort will provide for timely completeness of work with a high level of data accuracy. In particular, analytic and IT service support is required to reconcile IIRs and associated enclosures for posting to the agencies websites.
Provide for continuous improvement for customer access to J2 intelligence by incorporating new technologies that accurately generate, manage, and timely disseminate multimedia intelligence products that promote standards for multimedia information sharing technologies within the national intelligence community.
Follow standard formatting procedures IAW Government SOP to maximize retrieval of records by customers.
Assist the Government in writing clear and concise SOPs that accurately document all aspects of various work processes.
Creating various cross browser web forms that allow the analyst within the Joint Chiefs of Staff J2 (JCS J2) to input data into a central Content Management System.
Creating workflows that allow data within the Content Management System to flow across multiple domains without spillage to provide the most users possible with content.
Managing and maintaining Linux, Microsoft Windows, and Mac servers that serve multiple websites to users across multiple domains.
Providing Joint Chiefs of Staff J2 (JCS J2) with mobile content solutions, enabling products to be disseminated on mobile devices regardless of operating system. Created a web form for Organizations/Users to input documents and retrieve a payload to load onto mobile devices.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
2-5 years of related experience in web software development.
