Experience Required:

• Sets the technical direction for the development team, leads technical teams to design and develop business critical applications with high complexity.

• An expert that guides team members to architect, design and develop solutions that meet both the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.

• Provides guidance to others for improving tests and/or suggests improvements and refactoring. Assesses business and organizational needs to performance test new Systems and enhancements to existing systems.

• Manages the application performance levels to customer expectations. Designs and writes tests to simulate challenging conditions.

• Detailed understanding of how to effectively test code written against third party software.

• Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field.

• Master in Agile development methodologies. Proficient knowledge of applicable development domain.

• Expertise with Object Oriented design and development including a thorough understanding of OO design patterns and practices.

• Proficient with test driven development. Continuous integration deployment experience. Expert with database or content management system query, design, and development.

• Highly specialized, technical skills in applicable programming technologies (Java, Angular, AWS Technology Stack).
