• The Senior Willis Towers Watson Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated models and solutions using Willis Towers Watson's Igloo or Rescue platforms.

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in actuarial modeling, financial analysis, and risk management.

• This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

• Knowledge of other actuarial software and programming languages such as Python, R, or VBA.

Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex actuarial models using Igloo or Rescue.

• Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed financial and risk analysis, generating insights and reports to support business decisions.

• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Igloo or Rescue models with other enterprise systems and data sources.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Igloo or Rescue-related issues.

• Optimization: Optimize model performance and accuracy, ensuring efficient and reliable results.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all models, processes, and customizations.

• Collaboration: Work closely with actuarial teams, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in actuarial science, financial modeling, and relevant software tools to continuously improve model functionality and performance.

Generic Managerial Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial modeling or financial analysis, with specific expertise in Willis Towers Watson's Igloo or Rescue platforms.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Igloo or Rescue, with strong programming and analytical skills.
