Role: Enterprise Agile Coach

1. Appreciates the depth of Agile practices and can help leadership, product management team and scrum teams to embrace the benefits of working in Agile way

2. Have 5+ years of experience as Enterprise Agile coach, coaching product owners, teams and leadership using scrum/Kanban and scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS etc.

3. Hands-on experience with SAFe implementation is a must-have

4. Minimum 10 to 12 years' experience in Agile and Lean based process improvements in a large organization acting in a leadership role /Managing Consultant /Client Program Manager

5. Good understanding of System thinking and Organizational behavior, Organization Change Management

6. Have the ability to scale up and down hierarchy levels in organization to implement change

7. Experience in managing or leading Agile engagements in a distributed agile environment such as on-site / off-shore model

8. Experience with organizational design, organizational impediments, and be a coach to managers and others in the course of addressing impediments

9. Experience in Jira/or any other backlog management tools

10. Possess and demonstrate a collaborative, flexible, empathetic and curious attitude
