Skill: Power BI, SSIS, SQL

• 7+ years of experience.

Applicable Development Language.

• Core Development Languages: Java including Angular, Spring boot frameworks and experience with cloud(preferably Azure)-based API development (REST,JSON).

• Database technologies including SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, PowerBI.

• Application Design/Architecture: Demonstrated exposure to Technology Architecture across Derivatives Front, Middle, Back office, Risk & Analytics, and be able to demonstrate the application of this knowledge.

• Demonstrated exposure to Technology Solutions Architecture capabilities, inclusive of, but not limited to common Architecture Frameworks, Event Driven Integration, API Creation/Management, Azure Clouds Services etc).

Product/Business/Industry Knowledge:

• Derivatives (Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives - both OTC & Cleared), Compliance (Limits checks).

• Must have deep Derivatives Business & Technology experience including hands on experience with common COTS solutions in this space (e.g. Murex, Numerix, Calypso, etc.).

• Must be abreast of common Investments industry developments and protocols.

• Agile Practices Scrum, SAFe.

• DevSecOps, CI/CD, Preferably Jenkins, Maven, GIT, Automated Testing.

• Database technologies including SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, PowerBI.

• Leading team (on/offshore) responsible for end to end development aligned to a Product and/or Platform.

• Directs multiple product teams in the development and maintenance of an E2E IT solution. Overseeing Solution Architecture and/or Product/Application Architecture.

• Platform product ownership.

• Responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by multiple Agile teams in order to ensure the platform meets the defined goals and vision.

• Development, Coding, Testing and Maintenance Technical leader, responsible for guiding the team to make solid technical decisions to meet the product capability needs aligned to the customer.

• Manage and resolve interdependencies, risks, conflicts, and impediments.

• Enables teams to remove barriers and resolve conflicts so that the team can move forward in development.

• Vendor Accountability, Ensure vendor performance and deliverables meet contract specifications.

• IT Product Team Management, Full people management responsibility for direct product team including hiring, firing, promotions, performance, career and compensation management, & training & development.

• Matrix management responsibility for cross functional team members aligned to product team that includes performance management.

• External Orientation, Maintain awareness of trends and issues in area of technical expertise, evaluate new technologies or technology opportunities, and provide analysis of their potential impact to advance the business.

• Drive Agile software development and maintenance metrics and KPIs that help optimize product delivery.

• Lead multiple product teams software delivery through continuous focus on software development and maintenance metrics and KPIs.

• Resource Management, Develops high level resources to planned feature outcomes, with awareness of over /under utilization and ways to adjust.
