Developer

Role: UiPath Developer

• Works with the Development Lead to oversee all implementation/process development activities by development pods, as directed by the RPA CoE Program Manager.

• Acts as an interface for stakeholder management (escalations) where appropriate.

• Assesses automation opportunities from a technical perspective and provides solutions using UiPath Automation Platform.

• Ownership of the Solution Design Document (SDDs) for each solution.

• Owners of all updates to the SDD when there are changes made during development or once the solution is in production.

• Ownership of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Best Practices, Standards documentation, and Knowledge Articles as they relate to the Solution Architect responsibilities.

• Oversees architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of automation deployments.

• Continued education and mentoring of Business Analysts, junior Solution Architects and Developers in automation best practices.

• Owns best practice development documentation and standards.

Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a UiPath Solution Architect.

• UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes.

• Adept at process assessments and understands implications, opportunities, and challenges of applying RPA to different business domains.

• Strong understanding of process automation, workflow design, and integration.

• Experience using UiPath with end-to-end automation designs and architectural patterns.

• Extensive experience leading and managing high performing teams.

• Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, delivering projects on time and within budget, and effective risk management and mitigation strategies.

• Possesses strong communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.

• Leadership qualities, including the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SQL, API integrations, and cloud technologies.

• UiPath Certified Professional Automation Solution Architect Professional.

• UiPath Certified Professional Specialized AI Professional

• Experience with NICE RPA platform.

• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
