Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.


  • Participates as a member of project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality

solutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem.

  • Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution.

  • Handles customer reported issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients at all times.

  • Creates troubleshoot playbook for the product assigned.

  • Participates on-call rotation and drives postmortem for production outages.

  • Automates manual support process and improve overall efficiency.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.

  • Typically 2-4 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with clients at all time.

  • General Rest API, JSON, XML, Python and other scripting language knowledge.

  • Familiar with AWS and general networking knowledge.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate problem solutions.
