Responsibilities of the Developer ServiceNow:
Ensure change requests for enhancements are processed and prioritized within governance guidelines
Assures functional specifications are consistent with the technology roadmap.
Actively manage relationships with business and functional groups as designated point of contact.
Project manager for large, complex projects like implementation of Change Management
Actively manage relationships with third party providers as designated point of contact
Work closely across IT functions and IT service providers to ensure a seamless customer experience
Design, Develop, and Maintain ServiceNow solutions
Maintain our ServiceNow DEV, QA, and Production environments.
Evaluates new technologies and develop standard practices
Know the company and business processes from a user perspective
May lead and direct the work of project stakeholders and business systems colleagues, including third party service providers
Requirements of the Developer ServiceNow:
Bachelors: Computer and Information Science
Certifications: Application Developer
ServiceNow, ITIL V3 - ISEB, ITSM
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development
5+ years of workflow design and development experience
Practical experience working with an Agile team using Scrum principles
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HR, Project Portfolio, and Asset Management)
BS degree in Computer Science or related
Proven ability to effectively operate in a large / global organization
Fluent in English an additional local business language being an asset (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Chinese, )
Ability to identify and solve problems, collect data, establish facts and metrics, identify areas of improvement as well as adapt to unique situations.
Effectively communicate project and process improvement objectives.
Actively participate within project teams by communicating with stakeholders, project team members, impacted customers, and any other people associated with the success of our project portfolio
Actively participate in Project Teams and communicate with stakeholders, impacted users and any other people that are needed to make process improvements successful.
Contribute to the continuous process improvement efforts within IT to help the organization move forward and meet its business goals
