Position Title: Detailer- Architectural & Engineering (A&E) - 4N

Position Summary

The Detailer-A&E is responsible for creating and modifying construction-drawing packages that will be used for zoning and permitting. This position will also assist in the development of construction designs and layouts for various site configurations. Additional responsibilities include creating standard A&E drawings and notes, providing document control and quality assurance where applicable.

Essential Job Functions

  • Create and modify A&E drawing packages and permit drawings for wireless tower sites (including equipment in the compound and antenna equipment on the tower).

  • Interpret engineering designs, redlines, and incorporate into A&E drawing packages.

  • Develop necessary templates used to create A&E drawing packages.

  • Develop and maintain A&E block library.

  • Perform quality assurance on A&E packages created by other A&E Detailers.

  • Collaborate with A&E team/engineers to solve design issues that may arise.

  • Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information through collaboration with the CAD department, tower structural analysts, project managers, and engineers.


  • High School diploma or equivalent experience

  • Associates degree in drafting required, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years drafting experience is preferred

  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD

  • Experience in the A&E field is preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications sites and equipment preferred

  • Knowledge of IBC, IMC, AISC Steel Construction and NEC Codes is preferred

Other Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to work independently

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Working Conditions: Works in normal office setting 95% of the time, may travel to construction sites with exposure to heavy equipment.

Summary of This Role We are looking for a Lead Developer with experience in Java Stack for our Alpharetta office, who can develop the solution from ideation thru production rollout with support of junior developers. Role involves hand-on development, testing and fielding questions from stakeholders from IT and business. In this role, you will work on Products that involve Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservice Architectures, AWS, REST, JSON, XML, SQL, GraphQL, MongoDB, Oracle, Cassandra, Hadoop, and PostgreSQL, to name a few. Candidate is expected to own all technology aspects of the product – including Dev Ops aspects, CI/CD, and Platform - leveraging the self-service tools made available by TSYS Framework Teams. The candidate will be leading other highly skilled developers and QA professionals with different skillsets in an Agile environment. Prior experience in Front End engineering using JavaScript, React, Angular and other similar technologies is highly desired. What Part Will You Play? * Typically reports to an Associate Director or above – manages the day to day development aspects of the complete product. * Lead Software Engineer on the team and pays Technical Product Owner functions as needed * Engages in dialogue with business and technology teams to scope the solution, perform the POC and drive the delivery of MVP * Helps other developers on the team with technical issues and onboard them to the frameworks * Primary contributions in Architecture, Design, Development, Testing Frameworks and Rollout. * Be the driver in change, encourage innovation in the team and lead learning sessions for the org in a relevant technology domain they have a passion in. * Collaborate with other Tech Leads to continuously improve our practices, standards and frameworks * Research trends in the current technology domain, discover new tools and garner the consensus for internal adoption * Maintain an active online profile – Git, LinkedIn etc. What Are We Looking for in This Role?
