The Detail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the detail staff, and ensuring the appearance and prepping of all new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery is performed, as well as overseeing a full range of detail services that may be sold and scheduled

• Oversee the detail staff

• Ensure that all vehicle exteriors are detailed including the cleaning, restoring the original condition of the surface of the car's finish (usually a paint with a glossy finish), chrome trim, windows, wheels, and tires, drying the exterior, as well as other visible components on the vehicle's exterior

• Ensure that all vehicles Interior is detailed involving cleaning of floor mats, upholstery the vacuuming of seats and flooring, compartments, windows, etc.

• Ensure that all interiors are cleaned and dried to prevent mildew

• Ensure that the cabin of all vehicle are clean and smell good; using deodorizing products

• Ensure that all vehicles are washed, dried, and detailed for customer delivery, and or, to prepare for vehicle lot inventory

• Must have previous management experience

• Must have strong attention to detail

• Must be able to follow manufacturer recommended procedures

• Must be able to keep up with a fast paced environment

• Must be able to stand on feet for a long period of time as well as bending and lifting light items

• Self-motivated and a team player

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
