Our client is seeking a Customer Service Engineer that performs tasks related to the repair of a variety of technology-based products typically associated in an end-user computing environment. The ideal candidateMUST HAVE 3+ Years Experience in performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities, typically associated in an end-user environment, including but not limited to PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets and printers., if this is you, then keep reading and apply!Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to client identified VIPs
  • Responds to change management requests including installing new PC equipment, providing end-user desk side support and other related activities.
  • 3+ Years Experience Performing Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities.
  • Perform all assigned desk-side support activities
  • Display outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times
  • Meet - established customer service satisfaction levels and other operational/customer service metrics as outlined in established guidelines
  • Proactively communicate with the end-user and service desk personnel regarding arrival times, repair time estimates and status of the repair
  • Understands and follows all documented service operations policies and procedures.
Skills:
  • Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
  • 3+ years experience relevant software and hardware systems
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies
  • A+ certification is desired

In this role the ideal candidate serves as a consultant and coach and provides business partner support to managers and contributors for a wide range of areas including employee relations, performance management, benefits, rewards & recognition, HR analytics, HR compliance, and compensation. They also partner with leaders and their teams to support organizational goals and objectives. The Associate HRBP will address current and future needs of the workforce with an objective of increasing organizational capability, effectiveness and individual performance. Responisbilitilies include but are not limited to: * Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation for contributors and management. * Provides guidance, expertise and support to managers on performance counseling, organization restructuring, and workforce analysis. * Performs functional duties within HR including, but not limited to, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development to meet business objectives and support future business growth. * Manages and resolves employee relations issues. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
