Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Level II technician to join our team. As a Desktop Support Level II technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal customers. The ideal candidate must have experience in support ticketing systems and possess strong technical skills in desktop support in a mixed OS environment
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees for desktop hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Maintain inventory of workstation hardware and software.
Maintain and update desktop operating systems and software
Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
Assist with the maintenance and administration of the desktop environment
Provide excellent customer service and communication to end-users
Provide training to employees on new desktop software and hardware.
Maintain documentation of desktop hardware, software, and network configurations.
