Desktop Support Technician

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician who can commit to a 3-6 month project in Little Rock, Arkansas. Minimum of 3 years of ONSITE experience in Desktop Imaging & Deployment, Troubleshooting, Configuration and responding to Help Desk Tickets is required.

The schedule is M-F from 8am-5pm. Weekly pay. Responsibilities: Conduct basic to moderately complex troubleshooting and repair tasks for various end-user devices.

Provide dedicated support to client VIPs. Respond to change management requests by installing new PC equipment, offering desk-side support, and performing related tasks. Execute Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) activities as required.

Carry out all assigned desk-side support duties. Maintain high standards of technical and professional service. Achieve established customer service satisfaction levels and meet operational metrics as specified in guidelines.

Communicate proactively with end-users and service desk personnel regarding arrival times, repair estimates, and status updates. Adhere to all documented service operations policies and procedures. Perform other duties or acquire additional certifications as needed to support business requirements.

Skills: Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Requires a minimum of 3 years of solid IT/Desktop Support experience Must have at least 3 years of experience in end-user support, desktop imaging, and responding to help desk tickets. Familiarity with relevant software and hardware systems.
