Desktop Support Technician Cincinnati, Ohio
Our client is look for a talented Desktop Support Technician to join their End User Support team! In this role, you will be the first line of assistance when customers encounter problems with personal computing devices connected to their internal network.
This is a highly collaborative environment where you will be consulting with internal and third-party vendors to recommend best practice solutions to improve their processes. Develop trusting relationships with external teams to foster ongoing cross-functional collaboration.
Duration & Compensation:
This is a 12-month+ contract offering $18.00 to $22.00/hour with full Medical, Dental, Vision & 401k
Required Experience of the Desktop Support Technician:
Knowledge of the Windows environment
Knowledge of PC hardware, software, related peripheral equipment, and networking
Strong knowledge of software packages
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical, troubleshooting, and communications skills
A+ Certification preferred
