Robert Half Technology is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to work with a client in an innovative and fast-paced work environment supporting an enterprise level SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience and be interested in learning new technologies and diving deep into creative problem solving to support overall functioning of the organization. In this position, you will support users in a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. Your responsibilities in this role

  • Respond and follow up on technical support issues submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

  • Provide hands on desk-side support with high levels of customer service

  • Perform assessment of their current environment and assist with recommendations for improvements

  • Assist with onboarding activities and automate processes to reduce time elapsed for configuration

  • Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally

  • Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems

  • Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA degree preferred

  • 2+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience

  • Antivirus/Security technology exposure

  • Virtualization experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced skills in Windows 7-10

  • Active Directory

  • Basic networking configuration and troubleshooting

Manage and approve provider leave requests. Sign off on provider payroll. Manage and maintain NextGen schedules and schedule templates for medical and dental sites. Develop and write standard operating procedures related to Clinica's scheduling and leave approval processes. Maintain public drive files for scheduling documentation. * Flexibility to work from home with access to personal computer and internet* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In-Clinic Templates (Medical/Dental) * Assist site leadership with schedule layouts (i.e. providers' schedules in terms of their home pod and shifting from pod to pod, floating from site to site or altering schedule as needed). * Create and disseminate schedule templates. * Maintain and adjust schedule templates as staff schedule/FTE changes occur. * Maintenance of centralized provider in-clinic templates and FTE tracking. * Communicate with HR, IT, BI and site leadership about forthcoming updates related to in-clinic provider schedule templates. * Manages the first/last appointment tracking documentation required by HRSA. Daily Schedules (Medical/Dental) * Open daily schedules for the month from the daily schedule template (sites responsibility to accurately document staffing in daily schedule template). * Update the daily schedule template with changes from the in-clinic templates. * Update daily schedules with providers leave requests/call/CME and meetings as needed. Group Visits (Medical/Dental) * Block provider schedules for group care based on the centralized site group visit schedules. * Update daily schedules accordingly. Leave requests (Medical/Dental) * Manage leave requests, communicating with staff and department leadership for follow up when necessary. * Approve leave requests within the limits of the organizations. When a request is beyond the designated limit, ask site leadership for approval. * Maintain Provider Leave Request Calendars, updating as in-clinic templates change. * Communicate with providers regarding timely need for leave requests during high vacation demands. * Update staff leave requests in daily schedules and notify staff if coverage is needed. NextGen Schedules (Medical/Dental) * Open monthly schedules in NextGen at least two weeks before start of month. * Create/adjust blocking categories once approved. Notify BI and Finance department of new categories. * Work with BI around adjusting blocking categories when necessary. * Complete new staff schedule/site set up as needed. * Create/adjust event types once approved. Floating Providers (Medical) * Communicate extra provider requests and coordinate between sites for floating providers. * Create new resource in NextGen for float providers as needed. * Update dailies and communicate with sites for coverage needs. * Update Float Calendars (both site daily schedule and Float master calendar). * Informs necessary site and Communication Center staff of float provider shifts. Volunteer Specialists (Medical) * Block volunteer specialist NextGen slots in provider schedule. * Communicate with specialists about availability, providers about blocked specialists slots, and RCMs/site leadership/clinical team about available slots for referrals. Call Schedule (Medical) * Gather upcoming years' availability from providers who take call. * Create/maintain call schedule via Amion with new/departing providers. * Confirm that Amion has been purchased for the following year. * Assist providers with call swap requests as needed. Comp time and bonus pay (Medical/Dental) * Maintain comp time requests (per site leadership) and enter into NextGen as needed. * Approval of bonus pay request forms. Provider Payroll (Medical/ Dental) * Run NextGen Payroll report weekly and enter leave into UltiPro according to payroll deadlines. * Sign off on provider payroll weekly. * Updates call compensation database bi-weekly (Medical only). Schedule maintenance training for sites (Medical/Dental) * Develop and maintain a comprehensive training on how to create, maintain, and edit schedules as needed. * Conduct regular training sessions for onsite leadership staff. * Meet with new providers and review the leave request process. * Provide ongoing assistance for leadership staff regarding provider schedules. Policy/Procedure: * Develop and draft Clinica standard operating procedures related to scheduling and leave request processes. Additional tasks: * Manages the Televox (West) workbook and sends updates to Televox when new event types or resources are added (Medical/Dental). * Schedules procedures at Avista hospital for OB/Gyn providers; works directly with the OB providers and support staff to ensure off-site procedures at Avista are scheduled and blocked appropriately. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintains a safe work environment by remaining informed of and compliant with the clinic's safety policies, and in particular by application of safe practices in area of own responsibility. * Compliance: o Knowledgeable of and compliant with laws and regulations governing area of responsibility. o Responsible for reporting any potentially non-compliant conduct. o Cooperates fully with our Compliance Officer in upholding our Compliance Plan. * Works independently and successfully collaborates with the VP of Clinical Services, VP of Dental, Human Resources, Payroll, IT, BI, site leadership teams and providers. * Serve to maintain consistent scheduling across sites and abide by scheduling guidelines for the organization. * Participation on committees and workgroups as required. * Performs other duties and responsibilities, as required. SUPERVISION: * No supervisory duties SCOPE OF AUTHORITY: * Interface with COD, CMD, COM, DOD, CDD, DOM and providers regarding schedules and leave requests. * Progress is reviewed quarterly and results are measured and formally evaluated annually.
