Power3 Solutions is hiring a Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in Charleston, SC! This position offers a hybrid schedule – 1 day telework, 4 days on-site.Job tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Install and configure IT systems/equipment
- Helpdesk ticketing
- User support and troubleshooting
- Follow procedures when responding to tickets
- Analyze software packages and make recommendations for new software/applications
- Three years of related experience supporting MS desktop operating systems
- Experience providing desktop, computer network, troubleshooting and user support
- Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Comp TIA A+ or Network+ preferred
- Experience with Active Directory preferred
