In need of an enthusiastic and service oriented individual to join our IT Support team. Must be able to interact with all levels of customers.
Acting as the point of contact for all software and hardware fault calls, you will manage and prioritize technical support, providing helpdesk and desktop support for users.
An ability to diagnose technical and configuration issues in and Mac environment and to resolve and troubleshoot faults is essential, as is a good grasp of how computer and network connectivity hardware works.

Full TimeSalary: Required experience:
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
• Windows 10 Operating System support
• Active Directory updates/password reset server Knowledge and Support
Past Desktop and phone IT computer support in a corporate environment
Minimum 3-4 years help desk experience
You will be working with internal staff, and superior customer service, written and verbal communication skills a must!
