The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the ASAP Technical Services BOA, Sections 184.108.40.206 and 4.2.22 for labor category Information Systems Support, with specific focuses on the below knowledge and experience:
At least two (5) years of experience in providing helpdesk/desktop support in Microsoft windows environment.
At least two (5) years of experience in troubleshooting (i.e., resolving problems with software, hardware, configurations, etc.).
Shall be customer service oriented and self-motivated.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Follow Board IT standards or industry best practice, as directed.
Provide user and desk support for hardware and software, including mobile devices.
Provide excellent customer service.
Create or update work instructions.
