Your time will be spent responding to incidents, identifying and resolving problems and escalating where appropriate. You will participate in new implementations as well as existing project modification or improvement.

Knowledge & Key Skills:
Exceptional Desktop & Infrastructure Support is required at the enterprise level. Proven knowledge of PC hardware and associated peripherals within in a professional environment for at least one year is required.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft O/S, Server and Desktop
Ability to use documentation and diagnostic tools to tackle hardware and software problems.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good judgment and strong analytical skills as well as follow-up and organizational skills.
BS/BA Degree preferred, AA or Technical Certification is acceptable plus relevant experience
US Citizenship is required for this position
Valid Drivers license is required to support local facilities in Cortland NY
Ability to work holidays and non core business hours may be required
Provide desktop support and administrative support for PC's and peripherals including user account management / active directory.
Provide technical guidance to users and management for PC related issues and queries.
Participate in projects or teams and directed by the Manager/Supervisor.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of all relevant hardware and software.
Configuration, installation & deployment of all PC related peripherals.
Ensure appropriate PC related procedures are implemented.
Develop a solid understanding of department specific applications.
Keep abreast of technical aspects of PC-LAN computing environment.
Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for improving service, efficiency and effectiveness.
Log into and use telephone and computer based Service Desk system to record all support activities.
