Our desktop infrastructure is primarily made up of Windows and Mac laptops. You will be responsible for documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolution. Other tasks will include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to laptops, mobile devices, networking equipment, and printers) to ensure optimal workstation performance. You will also manage Cloud Services as it relates to Desktop Support, including OneLogin, Azure, Intune, Office 365, and Box, among others. As the primary Desktop Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of our Desktop/Network infrastructure by establishing new processes and procedures to best match your style.
