Desktop Support Engineer II

AT A GLANCE

RVO Health is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer II to join our Atlanta office. This position is ideal for a person who wants to take an active role in supporting both the end user and the operations teams, as needed.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, we expect the person in this role to work from our Atlanta office Monday - Friday each week, with some flexibility.

Atlantic Station: 271 17th Street, NW Atlanta, GA 30363

This is a first shift position (approx. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to end users on basic hardware issues

• Support end user devices over the phone, remotely, and in-person

• Support end-user workspace setup and teardown

• Help manage and audit inventory

• Support ticketing system (Freshservice)

• Audit/Triage tickets that need escalation

• Assist with managing/coordinating outages and outage communication

• Monitor Slack channels for trends

• Communicate with the organization regarding IT changes

• Assist with partner security audit walk-throughs

• Work with multiple tech groups including System Engineers, Network teams, and Vendors

• Support A/V equipment (Video Conference, TVs, Mics, Speakers, etc.)

• Assistance on Global RVO projects as needed

• Participate in a weekly on call rotation

What We're Looking For

• Experience with Windows 11 & Mac OS installation, JAMF/Intune configuration and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of SSO providers (Okta), O365 & JAMF

• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Windows, Mac, Mobile)

• Experience with over the phone and remote screen sharing support

• Willingness to help as needed on other projects

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively

• Be a self-starter with a team-focused, positive attitude and an attention to detail

• Provide as escalation point for Tier 1 Engineers

• Willing to teach and mentor other team members

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $56,250 - $75,000
